Nadair Maine offers all-inclusive, customizable elopement packages year-round on a private 30-acre forest in Midcoast Maine. Packages start at $975 and include an in-house officiant and photographer, and choice of a forest ceremony location. Whether you're dreaming of a cozy cabin stay or an intimate ceremony under the trees, each elopement is crafted to feel deeply personal — rooted in simplicity, beauty, and connection to the natural world.
A Modern Cabin Elopement

Our flagship elopement package includes a two-night stay in Sunrise Cabin with a forest ceremony, officiant, and in-house photography. Experience the perfect blend of rustic and modern. Fall deeper in love with each other and with nature while also experiencing all the comforts of modern living. Our Modern Cabin Elopement package includes:

Your choice of an intimate place in the forest to exchange vows
An officiant for the ceremony including 2 hours of connection prior to wedding day
A professional photographer for a 1 hour portrait session in addition to photos of the ceremony
Support in applying for your wedding license
Two witnesses (if needed)
Special Note: Sunrise Cabin can also be utilized to host an intimate gathering following the ceremony for close friends and family (up to 20 total). An extra $100 fee will apply.
A Forest Retreat Elopement

Our off-grid elopement experience includes two nights in Cocoon Cottage, a secluded glamping cabin for two, with a forest ceremony, officiant, and in-house photography. Available May–October only. Connect deeper with each other and the forest as you take this beautiful next step in your relationship. Our Forest Retreat Elopement package includes:
Two nights stay in Cocoon Cottage (studio - sleeps up to 2)
Your choice of an intimate place in the forest to exchange vows
An officiant for the ceremony including 2 hours of connection prior to wedding day
A professional photographer for a 1 hour portrait session in addition to photos of the ceremony

Two witnesses (if needed)

This is our ceremony-only elopement — no overnight stay required. Just you, your person, and the forest. Our Simple is Beautiful Elopement package includes:

An officiant for the ceremony including 2 hours of connection prior to wedding day
A professional photographer for a 1 hour portrait session in addition to photos of the ceremony
Support in applying for your wedding license
Two witnesses (if needed)
Special Note: Couples who choose this elopement option can also decide to opt out of the 1 hour portrait session and subtract $300 from the package price.
A Cozy Winter Elopement

Our off-season elopement package is our signature Modern Cabin experience at 20% less, available January 2nd-March only. Includes two nights in Sunrise Cabin, forest ceremony, officiant, and in-house photography. Elope into a wintry wonderland where the air is crisp and serene. Then build a snowman, go snowshoeing in the forest or simply marvel at the quiet, breathtaking beauty of nature's winter artistry. Afterward, warm up by the fire in a cozy cabin with homemade hot cocoa. Our Cozy Winter Elopement package includes:

I cannot say enough good things about Nadair Maine! We found their website in early November & they had the availability to make our elopement happen by the end of the month! “We had our winter wedding at Nadair and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The entire process was easy and surprisingly affordable, which made such a difference for where my husband and I are in life right now.
The cabin is the perfect size for a small event. It feels intimate without being cramped, and the setting does a lot of the work for you. We wanted a true winter wedding, and the Maine forest delivered — tall evergreens, quiet woods, fresh snow covering everything in clean white. It felt calm, grounded, and real. Not staged. Just beautiful in that understated way Maine does so well.
Jamey and Andrea made everything seamless. They were supportive, responsive, and genuinely helpful in bringing our idea to life without overcomplicating anything. We felt heard and taken care of from start to finish.
